摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a minute position adjustment apparatus having improved driving force without increase in power consumption in spite of a small size. SOLUTION: Two focusing coils 3 which are driving coils are fitted to a lens holder 2 which holds an objective lens 1. One end of a support member 6 is fixed to a fixing part 7, and the other end is fixed to the lens holder 2. A pair of permanent magnets 11 are fixed to outer yokes opposed to each other across one of the focusing coils 3. The focusing coils 3 are arranged so as to surround inner yokes 10, and magnetic fluxes from the permanent magnets 11 pass from the inner yokes 10 to the outer yokes 9. Recess parts 13 are formed on surfaces on the side of the objective lens 1 of the inner yokes 10, and permanent magnets 12 are fitted there. The magnetic fluxes from the permanent magnet 11 act on two edges of the focusing coils 3 and magnetic fluxes from the permanent magnets 12 act on one of the other two edges to generate driving force at the three edges.
