PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to enhance the picture quality by distributing the current stress applied to driving elements to a plurality of TFTs. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescence device includes a plurality of gate lines(102), a plurality of data lines(104), a plurality of switching element(Ts), a plurality of driving elements(TD), and an electro-luminescent portion(E). The gate lines(102) and the data lines(104) cross each other on a substrate in order to define a plurality of pixel portions. The switching elements(Ts) are formed at intersections between the gate lines(102) and the data lines(104). The driving elements(TD) are connected to the switching elements(Ts). The driving elements(TD) are connected in parallel to a plurality of amorphous TFTs. The electro-luminescent portion(E) is connected to the driving elements(TD).
