PURPOSE: A device for opening and closing a door for letting in and out a medium is provided to forcibly open the door in emergency, thereby improving the convenience of a user. CONSTITUTION: A door(60) opens and closes an inlet and outlet(53) formed at a frame(50). The door receives elastic force always in a direction of being opened by a door spring(68). A holding pin(65) is formed on one side of the door. A holding cam(80) is installed inside the inlet and outlet corresponding to the holding pin. A cam part(81) is extended from one side of a plate cam body(80'). A top surface of the cam part forms a closing guide plane(82) having a predetermined curvature toward the plate cam body. A lower surface of the cam part forms an opening guide plane(83) having a predetermined incline toward a front end. The holding cam is elastically supported by a cam spring(100) in a direction that the door is opened and shut, so that the holding cam elastically rotates by inter-working with the holding pin centering on a connection shaft(95) of a mounting element(90). The door is opened and shut by an action pressing the door to be closely attached to the frame.
