PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to shorten the assembly time and achieve improved luminous efficiency by enhancing the electrodeless bulb assembly structure. CONSTITUTION: An electrodeless lamp comprises a microwave generator for generating a microwave; an electrodeless bulb(5) accommodated in a resonator communicated to the microwave generator, and filled with a material so as to excite and emit light by the microwave generated from the microwave generator; and a bulb motor(M1) coupled to the electrodeless lamp, and which cools the electrodeless bulb by rotating the electrodeless bulb at a predetermined speed. An apparatus includes a connection member(110) having insertion holes(111,112) for insertion and connection of a shaft portion(5b) of the electrodeless bulb and a shaft portion(m) of the bulb motor, wherein the connection member has an outer surface on which a male screw portion(113) is formed; a coupling member(120) having a through hole for penetration of the shaft portion of the electrodeless bulb, and a female screw portion(123) formed at the inner surface of the through hole; and a fixing member(130) inserted into the through hole of the coupling member, and which has a support force for supporting the shaft portion of the electrodeless bulb. The support force increases as the coupling member is coupled to the connection member.
