NAVIGATION KEY AND KEYPAD IN PORTABLE PHONE

摘要

PURPOSE: A navigation key and a keypad in a portable phone are provided to improve the productivity and durability of manufactured goods with a remarkable friction-resistant property, instead of UV coating. CONSTITUTION: Color ink(2) is applied on a plastic substrate(1). A metallic thin film layer(3) is deposited on the color ink layer(2) at a thickness of several to scores of microns in order to embody luxuriousness, and lithography is performed up to the color ink layer(2). Finally, a parylene high molecular film is deposited on the metallic thin film layer(3).
