<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of a cleaning work and improve the quality thereof by forming, for a cleaning work mainly performed by a small-scale agent and difficult to manage, a standardized work specification for the content of the cleaning work and the equipment and materials used therefor, and performing the efficient arrangement of workers and adjustment of equipment and materials between a plurality of cleaning agents according to the work specification. <P>SOLUTION: This cleaning work management system 100 includes a specification forming system 110, a personnel database 120, an equipment and materials database 130, a specification database 140, a work ordering designation selection system 150, an equipment and material preparation system 160, a work ordering database 170, an equipment and material ordering database 180, and an order form forming system 191 and a bill forming system 192.
