PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive magnet device which oscillates less and is capable of taking an accurate measurement. SOLUTION: In the superconductive magnet device, a radiation shield (2) is arranged inside a vacuum heat insulating container (1), a superconductive magnet (3) is arranged in the heat radiation shield (2) by itself or as kept in a liquid helium tank (8), and these are cooled down by a pulse tube refrigerator. The pulse tube refrigerator is a two-stage pulse tube refrigerator composed of a compressor unit (4c), a valve unit (4b), and a low-temperature generating main body (4a). The low-temperature generating main body (4a) is fitted to the vacuum heat insulating container (1), the valve unit (4b) is arranged separated from the low-temperature generating main body (4a), the high-temperature side first cold head (5) of the low-temperature generating main body (4a) is brought into thermal contact with the radiation shield (2), and the low- temperature side second cold head (6) is brought into thermal contact with the superconductive magnet (3) or the liquid helium tank (8) or the like so as to cool down the superconductive magnet (3).
