PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing equipped with a plurality of clad elements, wherein at least one of these clad elements is made a door plate, which is improved into one that can be fixed in a closed position and opened position and then there is provided a simple lock device in the casing. The lock device doesn't obstruct entrance into the inside of the casing via the door plate and besides adjustability of the casing is maintained. SOLUTION: Two clad elements 11 arranged in opposite sides to each other include a plurality of screw receiving portions 32 arranged mutually in line at least in a connecting region with the other clad element 12 connected perpendicularly with these clad elements 11. By a fastening screw 24 provided with adjustable button 23, a fixing angle member 20 can be connected and engaged with the screw receiving potions 32 in a position of an adjustable angle.
