PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein it is difficult to miniaturize a laminate type dielectric filter, and to improve its performance. SOLUTION: The laminate type dielectric filter comprises a strip line resonator L1 comprising a dielectric 2 composed of a plurality of dielectric layers; at least first and second mutually opposed strip line conductor layers 13, 16 embedded in the dielectric 2; ground conductor layers 22, 25 opposite to the first and second stripline conductor layers 13, 16; and an input/output conductor layer 28. The first and second stripline conductor layers (3, 16) are set mutually opposed via the dielectric layer. First ends of the first and second stripline conductor layers 13, 16 are electrically connected to the ground conductor layers 22, 25.
