PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail transmitter capable of properly transmitting e-mail even to an e-mail service provider having band limitation. SOLUTION: A mail address storing part 102 of the mail transmitter 101 stores a plurality of user mail addresses to which e-mail is distributed at the same time. IP (Internet protocol) addresses different from one another are allocated to a plurality of network interface parts 103. An input receiving part 104 receives the input of e-mail text to be distributed to the plurality of stored user mail addresses at the same time. A selecting and transmitting part 105 selects any of the plurality of network interface parts 103 for each of the plurality of stored user mail addresses and transmits the e-mail text whose input has been received to the mail address through the selected network interface part 103.
