PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that celestial (constellation) navigation software can be started by a personal computer, but is inconvenient to carry, and causes a trouble to investigate and input a position (coordinates) at a visiting destination. SOLUTION: In a cellular phone capable of grasping a present position by the GPS or the like, its positional information is extracted and used for setting data of the celestial (constellation) navigation software, and thereby celestial (constellation) information can easily be obtained anywhere at any time by the cellular phone.
