PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a power circuit and a semiconductor integrated circuit which suppress output voltage variations due to EMI noise effects and output a stable voltage. SOLUTION: The power circuit, as its feature, has a power terminal 11, a drive terminal 12, a phase compensation terminal 13 and an output voltage detection terminal 14. The circuit is provided with the semiconductor integrated circuit 100 having a pMOS transistor P1 which inputs an amplifying signal according to a differential voltage between an output voltage Vout inputted from the output voltage detection terminal 14 and reference voltage source 4, and a phase compensation signal inputted from the phase compensation terminal 13 to a gate terminal.
