TAFFY CONTAINING ACANTHOPANAX SP. EXTRACT, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a taffy containing an Acanthopanax sp. extract, and a method for manufacturing the same. The manufactured taffy has prevention effect on adult diseases and health tonic effect, removes fatigue, and facilitates growth. CONSTITUTION: In a taffy using a saccharified mixture of starch ingredient, powdered malt and an Acanthopanax sp. extract, it is characterized by containing 0.01-50 wt.% of an Acanthopanax sp. extract. The Acanthopanax sp. extract characteristically contains 8-15 wt.% of water.
