PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable production at a low cost, to surely collect refuse and the like, and to enhance using convenience. SOLUTION: This draining refuse bag is provided with a cylindrical fabric knitted of a synthetic fiber, a closing thread comprising a curl-shrunk yarn inserted into one end opening part serving as a bottom of the cylindrical fabric at least by one course, and a contracted part provided in the other end opening part serving as a feed port for the refuse in the cylindrical fabric. The closing thread is pulled to close the opening part, and the drawn closing thread is wound around the closed fabric portion to form the bottom part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
