<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material having large surface strength, reducing thermal deformation, preventing a curling phenomenon, and requiring no arrangement of a balance layer on a bottom surface of the floor material by forming a surface layer of the floor material by making a prepreg of a phenol composite resin. <P>SOLUTION: This floor material includes a pattern layer 2 and a transparent protective layer 1 on an upper surface of a PVC base or water resistant plywood 3. The pattern layer 2 and the transparent protective layer 1 are formed by heating and press-fitting the prepreg of impregnating paper into liquid of the phenol composite resin of including 15 to 25 wt.% of a polyurethane resin in a phenol resin obtained by reacting resorcinol and formalin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
