PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that an assembled mobile scaffold installed on a sloped ground having cut and reformed irregularities is very unstable and much time and labor are required for the movement thereof for each anchor construction site. SOLUTION: In this working scaffold for anchor construction, a pair of right and left connection arms are projectedly fitted to the front part of a floor slab toward the front, a pair of right and left legs are fitted to the underside of the floor slab, and the connection arms are connected to a sling fitted with bolts screwed into an insert installed on a slope frame plate. The legs are supported on the slope frame plate, and the lengths and mounting angles of the legs are set so that the floor slab can be generally leveled when the slope frame plate is tilted to an installation angle.
