PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footboard cover suited to the shape of footboard manufactured in recent years. SOLUTION: This is a footboard cover 10 for a side ditch foot board comprising a cover portion 11 covering a handle hole 8 formed between footboards 3 and 4 arranged adjacently to the side ditch and an attaching portion 12 inserted to the handle hole formed as one united body to the rear surface 13 side of a core cover portion, the cover portion and an attaching portion are formed with an elastic resin to a long, slender shaped one united body, and the attaching portion has a long slender surface 14 formed to a plan shape at one side in a direction extended from the rear surface of the cover portion and, at the other side, has a long slender surface 15 formed to a projected shape having a plan-shaped center surface 16.
