<p>The present invention relates to the combination of a DNA vaccination strategy that makes use of a nucleic acid encoding an immunogenic polypeptide, with a non-immunosuppressive inducer of tumor cell differentiation and/or apoptosis or a tumor cell modifier, useful for cancer therapy.
