PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems with a method of filling a ground reinforcing chemical into a ground to reinforce the ground that the chemical must be replenished frequently and a large amount of empty containers are produced as industrial wastes. SOLUTION: A filling machine 38 having a liquid feed pump and a main tank storing the ground reinforcing chemical are mounted on a vehicle 34, and the chemical in the main tank is fed to a delivery pipe inserted into the ground and discharged from the delivery hole of the delivery pipe to fill the chemical into the ground for solidification to reinforce the ground. In this case, the repeatedly usable and transportable chemical container 10 as the main tank is mounted on the vehicle 34 so as to be unloaded, and the chemical in the chemical container 10 is fed to the discharge pipe by the filling machine 38.
