The device (1) is designed in a bell shape of a suitable size with a flanged lower edge (5) and made of an elastic material, thicker around the lower edge (4) and thinner at the top (3). For use the device is positioned on top of the skin and squeezed together, drawing the skin into the vacuum created inside. The device is moved across the area to be massaged by alternating squeezing and releasing its sides (2).
