PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forms and a wall heat-insulating construction method, by which the forms for placing concrete and backing furring strips, on which internal-external facing materials are stuck, are unified while the backing furring strips, on which the internal-external materials are stuck, and a concrete-wall heat insulation are enabled simultaneously by driving the forms having heat- insulating performance into concrete. SOLUTION: A plurality of separator holes (2) are bored to ribbed driving forms (1) having heat-insulating performance. A separator (4) is inserted by a selection from the separator holes (2), a formtie (5) is screwed and the ribbed driving forms (1) are fixed by a steel-pipe batter (6) and a steel-pipe batter washer (7). Concrete is placed, and the external facing material (9) and the interior finish material (10) are lined or a heat-insulating material (8) is added onto the concrete surface of the forms (1).
