<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device which combines a specific injection charge, a cleanerless process and a jumping development system and which prevents an image defect, such as a white dot, in repetitive use under the environment of a high temperature and high humidity and has improved durability and a process cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor having an intermediate layer, photosensitive layer and protective layer in this order on a conductive support, the electrophotographic device combining the specific implantation electrostatic charge, the cleanerless process and the jumping development system, etc., comprise having the intermediate layer containing inorganic particles and a polyamide resin and having the protective layer consisting of a resin layer containing conductive particulates.
