<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording sheet which shows satisfactory ink absorption, smoothness and image density and superb resistance to color variation after printing and curling and further, produces a high-quality ink jet image. <P>SOLUTION: This ink jet recording sheet has a layer containing an emulsion with an inorganic fine particle, a group which can react chemically with the inorganic fine particle or a group which can undergo a hydrogen bonding process and a mordant and an ink absorptive layer containing the inorganic fine particle with an average particle diameter of 3 to 200 nm, the mordant and a water-soluble binder, sequentially formed on a support. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
