PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase adjusting device and a power measuring device using the same, by configurating the phase adjusting device by mounting few new parts in the power measuring device and imparting versatility with no restriction in selecting an operation amplifier. SOLUTION: This phase adjusting device comprises a current sensor 1 for detecting the input current I, a current transducer 3 for amplifying the output of the current sensor 1 to be processed by a circuit in a subsequent stage, a low-pass filter 5 comprising an elemental constant variable mechanism 5a assembled inside of the current transducer 3, a voltage sensor 2 for detecting the input voltage V, a voltage transducer 4 for amplifying the output of the voltage sensor 2 to be processed by the circuit in the subsequent stage, a low-pass filter 6 assembled inside of the voltage transducer 4, and a control means 7 for controlling the elemental constant variable mechanism 5a on the basis of the predetermined information indicating the phase difference between the output waveform of the current transducer 3 and the output waveform of the voltage transducer 4.
