PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus control system resisting a security while correctly recognizing a control data from a normal portable apparatus. SOLUTION: The portable apparatus transmits 10 the control data generated on the basis of an ID code specifying itself and a timing code updated at every transmission. A security control section 27 outputs an operation command signal to a security device when it is decided that the ID code and the timing code contained in the received control data are correct by an ID-code comparison section 23 and a timing-code comparison section 24 in a master machine 20. When the timing code is not correct, the timing code is stored in a timing-code storage section 26 for a comparison, the timing code is compared with the timing code stored in the storage section 26 and received at this time in the case of the next reception and whether or not the timing code is in a correct relationship is decided. Accordingly, even when the timing code on the portable apparatus side largely proceeds, the timing code is decided to be correct by a reception at the second time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
