PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent grill for a vehicle designed to be easily manufactured and has a simple configuration and capable of being installed in a small space and feeding conditioned air in a broad range. SOLUTION: This vent grill is fixed to an end of a duct to be connected to an air conditioner, and is provided with a cover having a round mounting hole and a guide groove to be formed below the mounting hole. The cover comprises an opening to exhaust air, a plurality of wings to be rotatably formed in the opening, an interlocking member to connect the respective wings so as to rotate them at the same time, and a main body which has a knob formed on one of the wings and is rotatably mounted therein. A closing/opening device is arranged backward of the main body. The closing/opening device comprises a through hole 34 to surround the main body and pass air, a housing to have a central shaft at the center thereof, a rotary plate which is rotatably mounted on the central shaft of the housing and adjusts the opening angle of the through hole, and a knob which is fixed to the rotary plate so as to rotate it and is exposed through the guide groove of the cover.
