The invention relates to a dialysis method for recovering foreign substances, especially low-molecular, inorganic and/or organic substances, from passive collectors consisting of semi-permeable membranes having different dimensions, using PLE (pressurised liquid extraction) apparatus. Preferably, said membranes are tubular membranes, such as semi-permeable membrane devices (SPMDs) which, as passive collectors, accumulate the foreign/harmful substances on an absorption or adsorption means.
