PURPOSE: A decoration panel is provided to apply the decoration panel to windows or furniture of all size, with interchangeability and cut down such cost as equipment expenses, by enabling the adjustment of the vertical length. CONSTITUTION: A decoration panel comprises a main panel(15) vertically forming plural stopping grooves(20) to the upper and lower parts; auxiliary panels(30,40) having a front cover part in front and forming through holes corresponding to the stopping grooves to rear of the front cover part; and fixing units combined to the stopping grooves of the main panel through the through holes of the auxiliary panels, to fix the auxiliary panels to the upper and lower parts of the main panel. The auxiliary panels are movably inserted in the upper and lower parts of the main panel. The vertical length of the decoration panel is adjusted by setting the through holes of the auxiliary panels to the stopping grooves of desired positions among the stopping grooves formed to the main panel and fitting the fixing units into the through holes and the stopping grooves.
