<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock mounting structure enabling the sharing of a door lock, while improving formability. <P>SOLUTION: A door lock bracket 3 is mounted on the inner side of a door lock mounting section 120 to constitute a door inner 2, and is composed of a bracket side first extended part 31 and a bracket side second extended part 132. The bracket side first extended part 31 is subjected to a spot welding to the inner side of a mounting part side first extended part 121, and is in contact with the inside of a door lock 110. The bracket side second extended part 132 is subjected to a spot welding to the inner side of a mounting part side second extended part 122 from the rear end of the bracket side first extended part 31, and the rear end side of the door lock 110 is fixed thereto.
