PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly complete a filling operation without causing uneven filling. SOLUTION: A sheet member 7 is stuck to cover an entire crack 5. A first cylinder part 9 for use as a filler port is provided at one end of the sheet member 7 and a second cylinder part 11 for use as an air vent is provided at the other. A filler 19 is injected from the first cylinder part 9 and the filling operation is performed as air in the crack 5 is vented through the second cylinder part 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
