PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light amount adjustment apparatus that has a light amount adjustment member in which positional shift of an ND filter does not occur and a shape of the ND filter has a degree of freedom despite of an unitary constitution of an optical filter with a diaphragm blade and which can be manufactured through a single process, the apparatus that has superior optical properties, is reducible in size on the whole, and attains the low product cost. SOLUTION: The light amount adjustment apparatus for adjusting the state of luminous flux passing through an aperture part having a specified aperture diameter has the light amount adjustment member having a 1st region where specified transmissivity is imparted to luminous flux and a 2nd region for blocking the luminous flux on the same base material, the 1st region and 2nd region being formed of films containing coloring matters formed by using a micro droplet discharge apparatus.
