PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clip with a simple structure which is versatilely usable for bolt diameters with slightly different diameters in the clip to be used in the case of fixing members to each other and inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: The clip 10 is integrally formed of a metal plate. The clip is fixed by supporting a thread 53 of a bolt 52 by a front top part of a plurality of triangular inclined pieces 13 by being provided with an annular base part 11 located on the horizontal face, a plurality of the triangular inclined pieces 13 composed by forming a plurality of notched parts 2 to pass the central point at the inside part of the annular base and by inclining the triangular piece sandwiched by the notched parts so that the front top part side is located on the upper side, and a plurality of approximately square shaped leg parts 15 formed at a position opposing to each other by inclining in the opposite direction of the triangular inclined piece at the outside part of the annular base part.
