PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition for a heat-conductive material having excellent durability, a high heat conductivity, an easily controllable surface tackiness, and a high productivity; and a cured product for a heat- conductive material. SOLUTION: This curable composition for a heat-conductive material is prepared by compounding (D) a heat-conductive filler into a heat-curable composition which comprises (A) a saturated hydrocarbon polymer having at least one alkenyl group, (B) a curing agent having at least two hydrosilyl groups, and (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst and is cross-linked by hydrosilylation. A heat-conductive rubbery elastomer having a high heat conductivity and a controlled surface tackiness can be prepared from the composition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
