PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable composition which gives a coating film excellent in weatherability, antifoulancy and excellent in adhesion to top coat. SOLUTION: The curable composition contains 5-150 pts.mass of a vinyl polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000-7,500 and 0.05 or more on the average of at least one kind of functional groups among the group consisting of an epoxy group, an amino group, an amide group and an isocyanate group and 100 pts.mass of a principal agent having curability.
