PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve attaching structure for a positioning protrusion in a side panel of a collapsible conveying carriage. SOLUTION: In this conveying carriage in which the positioning protrusion 38 brought into contact with an outer side face of a bottom panel supported on a bottom panel receiver plate 12 is provided in the bottom panel receiver plate 12 in a side panel lower end, the positioning protrusion 38 is constituted of a plate member 27 mounted on the bottom panel receiver plate 12 in the side panel lower end, and the plate member 27, the bottom panel receiver plate 12 in the side panel lower end, and a wheel attaching plate 7a arranged in an under side of the bottom panel receiver plate 12 are integrally fixed by a square neck bolt 33 provided with a square shaft part 33a engaged ranging over from a square hole 32 provided in the plate member 27 to a square hole 31b provided in the bottom panel receiver plate 12 not to allow relative rotation, and by a nut 34.
