PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for floating an automobile and communication in emergency for preventing sinking when a vehicle falls in a river or a lake, and protecting a human life and property by sensing an accident such as a theft of the vehicle. SOLUTION: This invention is characterized by including a plurality of sinking sensing sensors 1 respectively arranged inside front-rear surfaces of the vehicle, and detecting a sinking state of the vehicle, an emergency switch 6 arranged just behind a key switch 5, and operated at forcibly starting time, a control part 2 for generating a prescribed output signal in an air bag driving part 3 when detecting a vehicle sinking sensing signal from either one of the plurality of sinking sensing sensors 1, the air bag driving part 3 for operating air bags 4 according to the output signal of the control part 2, a plurality of air bags 4 operated according to the output signal of the air bag driving part 3 at vehicle sinking time, and generating buoyancy for floating the vehicle on a water surface, and an emergency signal generator 7 for transmitting an emergency signal of a specific frequency in the air by receiving control of the control part 2 when the sinking sensing sensors 1 sense sinking of the automobile, and when the emergency switch 6 operates.
