PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a countermeasure structure for automobile's side-impact collision, which is capable of preventing deformation of the aperture of a pocket even if a load by a side-impact collision enters. SOLUTION: The countermeasure structure for automobile's side-impact collision is so constituted that a pocket 10 disposed in the interior 3 of a car demarcated by the body of the car is provided at a position that corresponds to a reinforcing member 6 extendedly existing, in the direction of the width of the car, inside a cushion 5 of a seat 4 disposed in the interior 3 of the car, with a lid body 13 that closes an aperture 12 of the pocket 10 being provided approximately at the same height as the reinforcing member 6.
