A paper sheet package (9) capable of storing thermosensible paper in a box-like body (8) formed of a paper material, wherein the arrangement direction (direction of arrows B) of the paper fibers of the thermosensible paper (7) is generally same as the arrangement direction (direction of arrows C) of the paper fibers of an upper wall part (8h), a cover part (8c), and a tongue part (8e) since the arrangement directions of the paper fibers of the thermosensible paper (7) and the upper wall part (8h), cover part (8c), and tongue part (8e) of the body (8d) of the box-like body (8) makes it hard for the paper and these parts to be affected by moisture to reduce the degree of swelling so as to make equal the swelling characteristics thereof to each other.
