The arrangement has a distance sleeve (3) between the carrying sleeves (1) of each blade (2) and a loosely inserted cord passing through the distance and carrying sleeves. Both ends of each sleeve are convex in a plane perpendicular to the blade's axis. The carrying sleeves are slightly protruding and conically widened towards the free end of the blade. The distance sleeve ends are complementary to the carrying sleeve ends.
