<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roller which prevents an idle running even when a rubber tube is fixed to a shaft without using an adhesive agent. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber tube has the surface roughness Ra=0.3 to 0.7 μm or so in an inner peripheral surface finished by forming in a mold. The shaft has the surface roughness Ra=0.6 μm or lower in an outer peripheral surface. The rubber tube is fitted and fixed to the shaft without using the adhesive agent. Thus, a process for sticking the rubber tube to the shaft can be omitted. Even when the rubber tube and the shaft are used under an environment in which the adhesive agent such as developing solution is corroded, they are used for a long period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
