PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room mirror with monitor capable of simultaneously retaining a mirror and a monitor screen to a direction that a high visibility is obtained and omitting a labor for adjusting a position of the room mirror. SOLUTION: The room mirror 9 with monitor is constituted such that the monitor screen 14 and the mirror for reflecting the rear side of the vehicle are arranged in front of a housing 10 mounted to a front side of a driver seat 17 in parallel. An extension plane P of the mirror and an extension plane Q of the monitor screen are crossed such that a normal N<SB>3</SB>of this monitor screen 14 is directed to a side of the driver seat as compared with a normal N<SB>4</SB>of the mirror 11.
