PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely adjust an angle of elevation and a direction of a horizontal direction without changing a vertical direction of a display of small sized elec tronic equipment such as PDA or the like. SOLUTION: A base 1 fixed to a car body, a holder 2 supporting the small sized electronic equipment 3 and two sheets of intermediate members 6, 7 are tightened/connected through long holes 4b, 5b and a spring by penetrating through a support shaft 10. The holder 2 is raisably/fallably press-contacted with the intermediate member through the long hole and the intermediate member is press-contacted with the base 1 through the long hole respectively and is press-contacted rotatably around the support shaft with resilient force while gear type friction surfaces are opposed to each other. Therefore, a pair of friction surfaces of the former can adjust the angle of elevation of the raising/ falling degree of the holder 2 and a pair of friction surfaces of the latter can adjust a lateral angle of the rotation degree of the holder 2. The angle of elevation and the direction of the horizontal direction can be adjusted without changing the vertical direction of the display of the small sized electronic equipment 3 by adjusting both of the angle of elevation of a center axis of the holder 2 and the rotation angle against the center axis.
