PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a riding comfort by reducing transmitting torque forming four-wheel driving conditions in a plurality of stages, in a driving force transmitting apparatus 10 providing a valve mechanism 10e controlling the occurrence of four-wheel driving conditions, by controlling the generation of pressed force in a pressed force generating mechanism 10d when a vehicle travels at a high speed greater than the designated speed. SOLUTION: The valve mechanism 10e is provided with a plurality of valve mechanism portions 10e<SB>1</SB>and 10e<SB>2</SB>in which transmitting torque is reduced by the motions of centrifugal force with respective different magnitude. Upon reducing the transmitting torque in sequence in proportion to the motions of respective valve mechanism portions 10e<SB>1</SB>and 10e<SB>2</SB>, a wrong feeling to driving crews is eliminated by smoothly reducing the transmitting torque, and a driving comfort to the driving crews is further improved.
