PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver salt photothermographic dry imaging material free of scuffing and peeling of an imaging layer from a support immediately after heat development and free of uneven development peculiar to heat development. SOLUTION: In the silver salt photothermographic dry imaging material obtained by disposing on a support one or more imaging layers comprising an organic silver salt, a photosensitive silver halide, a reducing agent and a binder, at least one undercoat layer situated between the imaging layers and the support comprises a polyester component and also comprises a vinyl-base polymeric latex.
