PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel whose optical axis can easily be adjusted without using any leaf spring which is unnecessary for lens constitution by forming an elastic engagement part which elastically engages with a barrel body and a restriction member which restricts a position in a rotating direction for the barrel body in an adjustment member. SOLUTION: In the lens barrel 2 of the embodiment, since the elastic engagement part 68 which elastically engages with a 1st lens barrel 13 and a stopper piece 70 which restricts the position in the rotating direction for the 1st lens barrel 13 are formed integrally with an adjusting ring 62, the optical axis can easily be adjusted without using any leaf spring which is unnecessary for the lens constitution.
