PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet made of a thermoplastic elastomer and excellent in extrusion molding properties as well as in scratch resistance and soft feeling. SOLUTION: The sheet is composed of a composition comprising the following components (a)-(c), where the ratio of the components (a), (b) and (c) to the total amount of the components (a) and (b) is 20-80 wt.%, 20-80 wt.% and 1-300 wt.%, respectively: (a) a block copolymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 50,000-500,000 and represented by general formula (I): A(B-A)<SB>n</SB>and/or (A-B)<SB>n</SB>(wherein A is a polymer block of a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon; B is an elastomeric polymer block; and n is an integer of 1-5), and/or a hydrogenated block copolymer obtained by hydrogenating the block copolymer; (b) a softening agent for a hydrocarbon-based rubber; and (c) an olefinic resin.
