PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cyclic olefin reacting rapidly on its cross-linking and capable of imparting physical properties such as chemical resistance, solvent resistance required for a crosslinked material to a cyclic olefin polymer without damaging oxidative deterioration resistance and preservation stability of the cyclic olefin polymer.
