PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milky lotion product with slight limitations on ingredients used, avoiding use of an ingredient unfavorable even for the skin without damage even when used for a long period and usable without anxiety for users having hypersensitivity of the skin, causing disorder such as receiving of irritation and causing pruritus or redness when using a usual milky lotion. SOLUTION: The method is to produce the milky lotion from an oily phase component and an aqueous phase component. In the method, the oily phase component is subjected to a mixing and dissolving treatment at a low temperature under a reduced pressure and a perfume, as necessary, is then added and mixed with the resultant oily phase component. The obtained oily phase mixed component is further added and mixed with an aqueous phase and subjected to an emulsifying treatment at a low temperature under a reduced pressure. A component unstable to heat, as necessary, is added, mixed and treated with the resultant product. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
