PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling of a wiping means and to eliminate an adhesive in the assembling process. SOLUTION: A first wiping member (a blade material 21) formed in a plane plate and a second wiping member (rubbing material 25) formed in a plane plate are stuck with each other by using positioning means of a projection 22 and a square hole without using an adhesive. The lower half parts of the first and second wiping members are inserted into a horseshoe shaped groove section 31 of a wiper holding member 30 and are attached thereto by using a projection 33 forming a wiper stopping means formed on the holding member 30.
