<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition of which temperature properties can be controlled at a high precision as use for high frequency parts, and to provide a dielectric ceramic. <P>SOLUTION: At least one kind of powder selected from Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, Cr<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, ZnO, CuO, Ag<SB>2</SB>O, Co<SB>3</SB>O<SB>4</SB>, MnO<SB>2</SB>, CeO<SB>2</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>(R is rare earth elements) in 0.1 to 2.0 pts.mass is contained to 100 pts.mass of a powdery mixture containing, by mass, 30 to 90% crystallized glass powder precipitating diopside type crystals, 1 to 40% calcium titanate powder and/or strontium titanate and 0 to 60% powder of at least one kind selected from Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, TiO<SB>2</SB>, ZrO<SB>2</SB>, MgTiO<SB>3</SB>, BaTi<SB>4</SB>O<SB>9</SB>, La<SB>2</SB>Ti<SB>2</SB>O<SB>7</SB>, Nd<SB>2</SB>Ti<SB>2</SB>O<SB>7</SB>, Ca<SB>2</SB>Nb<SB>2</SB>O<SB>7</SB>, SrZrO<SB>3</SB>and CaZrO<SB>3</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
